Our story was ignited by the turn of a key...literally. Chef Nick Watts founded The Chedda Truck in 2012. Nick’s love for all types of cuisine has inspired him to push the boundaries of traditional burgers by creating unique flavor combinations you can’t find anywhere else. His passion for creating the new style of burgers has grown from a guy in a truck to 3 locations across the greater Salt Lake area and beyond. At Chedda Burger we are changing the way people think of burgers. We enjoy inventing new combinations that incorporate local ingredients like homemade chili, truffle cheese, and pastrami and don’t forget our famous handrolled “Chedda Tots”. We pride ourselves most in using only fresh, local and thoughtfully sourced ingredients to craft a menu that is truly natural and delicious.
